raising car bk up

is it easy to raise the car bk up mines 60mm at front and 2 (turns/clicks wot eva) on the torsion bar i want it to sit at 45mm so i dnt keep scrapin the side skirts on the floor when i got m8s in the car plus i can only jst get off my drive with it lowered 60mm
any help or diagrams to show me wot todo?
