Quick lowering question

Hi guys gonna have a play around with my car in the morning, i had someone lower the back end way too far. I just need to know where the best place is to put the axels stands on the car

along the chassis rails, two square bits running the length of the car about six inches in from the edge
(sorry if you know what they are and that's talking down to you hahh)
or the jacking points which are marked on your sideskirts towards the back by a downward pointing arrow.

also not a bad idea to lower the car down onto the stands but leave the jacks there too for extra support....sure beats the hell out finding out how good a saxo is at crushing a ribcage!
