on a constructive note, buy nose pore clening strips. supermarkets atc sell them. they work well and you can see the efect once taken off.
also go to the body shop and get blackhead removing tool. that works well.
for spots try not to squeeze them as it can spread them. try getting a prevention lotion tht you put on your face over night, keep your face clean and avoid greasy food. drink loadsa water.
one trick thats meant to work is putting your face above a steaming bowl of water with a towl over your head, this makes them worse to star as its opening he pores but it helps to clear them in the long run.

Lotions can help to peel away the unwanted skin and dirt on your body.
Greasy hair can cause spots and blackheads so keeping your hair off your face is another idea.

I haven't been to McDonalds since like 2002 and I'm trying to avoid greasy food. I've bought some stuff today that's supposed to help so I'm gona use that. I always wash my face every morning and night with proper cleansing stuff. Gona stop having booze for a bit but I don't have it that often anyway. And I'm gona make sure I drink a load more water than I normally do, especially during the day.

Apparently exercise helps as well? Gona try and do some.

basic soap mate.
hot water/steam. morning and night.
all them spot removal creams etc arent worth it tbh...
just soap...drink plenty of water too, always a bonus!

Oh and if you work on your car often,try to avoid oil getting on your skin, i used to scratch my kneck with dirty gammy fingers and used to have 1 or 3 massive hard spots come on my kneck, so not im careful and scared of oil/greasy mechanical shit lol

buy exfoleating cream * basically body cream with bits of natural sand in them* which cleans pours out in your skin.

unless you have a massive hormone inbalance your spots should disapear by the time your 17-18. i was lucky i never got a massive patch of them just got the odd one or 2 were as me older sister got the nickname pizza face...mwhahahaha
