engine overheating!!

as i said my engine is overheating and going into the red. when i knock off my engine it drips water from the water pipe i think!
any solutions other than a new pipe?

id fix the pipe first then see if its still doing it, could be water pump... maybe thermostat? faulty sensors.... theres alot

i agree with this tbh, best bet is to sort out one problem and then try and sort out anyother problem.

Do a Pressure Test to find the leak, could be a hole in the Radiator, Water Pump. Thermostat could be sticking. Blown HeadGasket if you take ur Oil Cap off and its clogged up badly with white goo the headgasket will be away

if you have a leak sort that by the sounds of it you are low on water also have air in the system so sort the leak fill up and bleed the system properly then check level of water in the rad!

If you have leak the water system is not holding pressrue there for the boiling point of the water is lower there for overheating ,mend the leak and then see.
