boot problem

When i close my boot i can still fit my index finger in the gap between lid and car cant figure out what it is, the rubber bits are both on as tight as they can be... unless i cut them down?

The boot lights keeps coming on and off too when i go over bumps or the car jolts, had to take it out!

Anyone?!

the boot latch can be adjusted so the boot closes tighter

just undo the 2 bolts and move it down a bit then re-tighten :y:
