Think it is time for a new one other wise i gotta go 60mm on the front and i dont really wanna do that cause im rubbing in my arches as it is :(

As in the swing arm wont come off the beam and the torsion bar wont come out,
The swing arm moves up and down. but just wont come off. :(

u dont wont to take it off , u'll knacker the bearing doing so
best to remove the torsion bar fully
best way to remove a seized tosion bar is remove the washers both sides , screw a bolt in one side so u dont damage the torsion bar , slide hammer in the other , get a m8 to help , and use a 1/2 extension bar and a lump hammer to knock the side with the bolt in while ur m8 uses the slide hammer on the other
mind they only go one way
