Seen people mention this before and i need a throttle cable asap although i don't really want to fork out £48 for Citroen if a MTB Gear cable for a few quid will do..
Can anyone confirm this?
And it's clear how it would fit at one end but if you need to cut it to get the right length well how do you fit the end you've cut?
Cheers

Yes actually look at the thread i've linked to below?!
I'm a bloody student if i can get a cable for £5 instead of £50 i think i'll give it a go so i asked around as i've heard of it being used!
Spent stupid amounts of money on my engine conversion and my pockets are empty so trying to save a few quid so have a search before you start stating facts? :rage:

well if your gona bodge it then spend a fiver on a quality teflon cable it wont stretch rust or fray.check if its a gear or brake cable as one is slightly thicker than the other.
but then with you being a poor student youve had no reason to get out of your bed since about july !
good luck thumbs up
