Quickshift?

Really noob question about a quickshift?
how do they actually work? benefits?

because i have no general understanding of how this product works but people speak very highly of it?

basically a shorter gearstick... reducing the throw between gears... so you benifit by having quicker gear changes... can be astheticly pleasing aswell... not a hugely benificial mod for the price of one unless you're doing drag runs... but if youve got money burning a hole in your pocket... go buy one!
