i cant get my passenger side rear abs sensor out!
are they normally really stuck in there? best way to remove?
I have taken the bolt out but it will not budge. I assume there should just be a circular hole left in the metal bracket and the whole sensor should come out?
grrr

plenty of wd40 and a bit of brute force.
usually really corroded in there.
normal to smash the crap out of it to get it out, wont matter if its broke anyway.

im guessing its not coming out intact then :D
I cant believe they get so stuck in there. I guess thats because the casing that goes through the hole is metal!?!
Thanks for the help.

Plenty of WD40 mate as previously mentioned and then just keep tapping it round with a hammer so it losens all the shit and then yank it out.
Worked for me :P

i did the following.
1) Undo the bolt holding it in.
2) Smash the crap out of the actual sensor plastic bit where its bolted in and you should be able to remove the sensor and leave the metal casing in the hole!
3) Use a screwdriver to bend and snap the metal casing to get it out of the hole.
4) Clean out the hole with glass paper or whatever.
5) Put some sort of loob around the hole
6) Fit new sensor
7) Bolt it in
8) Connect it up
9) Drive it and light will go off if its all good
10) Job done!
