Help with r4 cards

Hi guys

I have a r4 revolution card for my ds and I can get the game on but it work work can anyone help me and tell me where im going wrong please as this is doing my headin :wall:

well i managed to get a mario game on last night but when i started the game and it wanted me to make a save file it wouldnt let me do anything?!

first mate have you fully unzipped the files to nds. files ??

then loaded them on to the r4 what gig are you using and is it the fake r4 or real??

the only real r4's are upto 2gig and HC r4's are fake as they pulled r4's few years back and everyone else just copyed the idea

i have both real and fake and the fake ones are really hard to work with i had loads of loading and card reading problems as my card reader didnt pick anything up over 2 gig

also when it boots u need to create a save file as asked or promted when u load game
this will be stored and used to boot next time round and u wont be prompted.

ive had 3 r4 cards and simplem3 style ones pretty easy once you get use to the loading and file unzipping etc

also mate what firmware are you using was it supplied or downloaded from the R4 site?
