Ive checked rear beam, done the arb plates etc etc, im thinking its more clutch related
need to check engine mounts but doesnt seem like its them

Groan noise seems to do it when gear changing and sometimes stays groaning for ages until i depress the clutch a bit, its got me thinking its the thrust bearing or mechanism or the pivot bush

anyone had this problem??

cant really tell if its from front or back mate i can feel it through the clutch and gearstick, so im thinking its new clutch kit time and may aswell do the driveshafts

the driveshafts grind on lock?
try engine mounts first esp that right hand one.
