not really, cos you use uprated dampers with your standard struts as a coilover conversion.

for 75 quid, you cant go wrong

There the raceland/jamex/gmaxx ect ones

and I'm afraid to say you just wasted 75 quid
they are the most shockingly bad suspension component I have ever seen/touched/owned

Tbh I should have looked more into it before buying!
Why do u rate them so badly?

AlexB

There very softly sprung for how low they go and a lot of the time require te bumpstop shortening/removing so you end up banging metal on metal
in your suspension and being as there just bottoming out you get vary bad ride quality

Buy harder springs
which will then require updated dampers and the only proper ones that will work are pugsports which ain't cheap n all of a sudden your 75 quid bargain has cost 300 and you still are only about 80mm down

why would you want to go any lower than 80mm?
