Wicked, I did find one over on 106 owners but the guy made some special tool to remove the handbrake clip, surely there must be a way to do it without that though.
I've already started stripping them down, got the pistons out and wire brushed the end (not that it's really needed but meh).
If you need pics taking let me know and I'll shoot some with my DSLR. :)

the rears are very easy to do mate erm do you have msn talk on there il need few pics of calipers sending il highlight the areas that are need to be removed thn il do a rear caliper guide one i get hold of an old caliper from some where
also put the pistons in vinegar for a day or 2 gets tht off the end without damaging it with wire brush

I checked with a few guys I know who powder coat calipers fairly often and they said it's fine to wire brush the recessed section as it doesn't make contact with anything.
They even lay some powder down on the recessed parts to stop it building up again, may as well do that at the same time as the bodies.
Have PM'd you my MSN address. :y:

Quick question, how do you get the main seal out of the front calipers?
Seems like the piston needs to move but I tried unscrewing it like the rear pistons but it doesn't want to move.
