Active Directory Query!!

Hi all!

Does anyone know much about Active Directory?

Basically I'm creating some accounts (at work) and for some reason my Copy option has disappeared so I can't use one of our templates!!!!

Does anyone know how to get this back? Would ask someone at work but there is only 3 of us in the building and none of us know lol!

I'm not that clued up on it but advanced options hasn't been disabled has it?

From memory, I think it's in View > show advanced options.

Are you just creating loads of accounts with the same permissions using copy?

The Advanced options are enabled :) Oh and yeah I'm using copy to create duplicates as they're just for training etc....For some reason it works on my profile but not on my colleagues.... can't for the life of me work it out!!!

There isn't something silly like a group you need to be added to to give the account the ability to copy within AD?

That's what I first thought but I was the one who setup the account and I used mine to ensure the correct groups were applied. So that can't be right as I've been able to use this function for years.
