Halfords touch-up kits are wank, bare in mind that paint fades and to each colour there are loads of different shades so chances of it matching are very low.
Oh and bald24 t-cut is also wank

Yup halfrauds paint is shit. Their posi blue is unbelievably wrong! I bought a spray can from there and it was much to dark and had a bit of a weird green tint to it.:n:

personally whenever i touck up chips i go to a bodyshop, get them mix the paint to the shade on the panel and get a tiny artists brush.

I use paints4u.co.uk. Get the colour code from the inside of the drivers door and they'll mix up a pot of paint (with the lacquer already in), they come with a small artists paint brush too.
This way you get a much better match. :)

on another subject about halfords lol, went in there the other day and had a look around and couldn't find what i was looking for so asked one of the guys there and said "have you got a Lambda sensor Socket" i got the blankest look ever and no one in the shop knew what it was, had to draw a picture in the end lol. Halfords = Fail.

Get your colour code, go to a decent paint place and get the colour matched, use a fine brush for the scratches...
What i have done before is wetsand it to take the 'ridges' out and looked canny good
