Pinging noise

Hi guys, need some advice when I back off the accelerator I get a pinging noise from the front end somewhere, has anyone else had this problem it's a phase 2 vtr. I only notice it when accelerating hard (which is most of the time) and easing off.All help appreciated.

or the securin screws that hold it into the floor
peel back the carpet and have a look, theres a how to for it
