Tbh I like the subtle approach, like the saying "Everything in moderation".

Lowering a car is the most vital mod in my eyes.
Then maybe the In-Car Entertainment and Interior.
Then some subtle Engine Mods.

Thats my 3 steps to modifying my own car.

anyways euro look aint to bad if done right but overall the car becomes impractical and those who say they drive better are talking a load of pap and clearly have not driven high performance motors before. reason been most the money spent on REAL euro cars is on teh suspension. bushes,arms,antiroll bars, coil overs the lot. if you have not done any of that then you have about 45% of a euro car. the rest is small rims,smoothed in parts, usally full interior retrimmed, tv screen,mini camera's on front and rear bumper for recording track days or just to park better lol. and the car looking litrally like its just rolled out of some high end Detailing centre.

that is euro a proper eurocar will set you back thousands upon thousands.


the thing thats making an impact on the BMW scene is wide arched kits. so maybe thats the way its goin?

thats the exact problem im having with my BM I LOVE the toca touring look but the kit costs roughtly £8,000 then you got to have it fitted proffesionally then of course resprayed.

big bucks for fibreglass or RGP parts if you ask me hahaha.

there is one big flaw to the kit though.

the arches come out so much NO standard street wheel looks right. you basicly have to go out and find proper racing style wheels. so even more money to bloody fork out.

120mm on rear, 100mm on front, 13x8" minilights with 185 60 13 tyres, with many many unique little touches... all good craic but gets boring imo

this is how strict BMW are though. I went there to get some parts and they asked me for my chassis number saying your car must be in the Mtech class to get these parts so we must have your chasssis number to confirm this.

I was like are you idiots. my cars parked out side just fkin look at it you lazy barstools.

my front grille lower bumper bit cost me £57, offside bumper strip £24.97. and they are not in stock im having to go get them on bloody tuesday. :n: and thats a main dealer GRR.

when I got my Gt splitter its ajustable so can change the way the downforce works. well anyways there was roughtly 4 bolts missing so I went in got replacements £7.89+ vat FOR FKIN BOLTS. but I suppose im only using genuine bmw parts which counts and I can put stuff like that in my service history lol.

its because there an impractical car and also are shite on track days. impractical been they handle like poo and also you cant get over near enought all the speed humps. as I previously stated only if you have done most the work underneath in the running gear deparment they are a true and good running euro car, if your just running on standard bushes and some poxy lower kit then there will alod of extra pressure been put on the bushes,arms etc etc. so in the long run your causing more harm to your car then good lols.

and what makes me laught even more is they think putting a bonnet bra on is an actual design or look!!!!!!! eh no they are there for a reason. to stop stone chips but they seem to forget there car is euro and slammed to the floor so they should be more worried about there front bumper getting pepperd with stone chips let alone the bonnet haha.

wheels cost a fortune for what deepdish 13-14inch rims im on slightly deep dished 19's and my rims are the same price as some poxy 14inch rims? work that one out and mine are bloody expensive rims lols. so your ending up paying more for the odd's if that makes any sence.


and the other thing I dont get is when people put there 'euro' car up for sale they instantly think because its euro its worth like 2-3k more then it actually is???????
