Parking ticket Woe's (again)

So,i had a parking ticket and challenged it on the grunds that i didnt get the 5 min "obesrvation period" (traffic warden just walked over and slapped on the ticket) colour was wrong (blue instead of green) and the tax disc serial number was wrong

So i get a letter in the mail saying my challenge has been rejected and explained about the colour + time..but no mention of the tax disc serial number that the traffic warden got wrong...i sent them a pic of my tax disc with the correct serial number and wrote down what they said was written by the warden..but they have avoided it.

Is it worth me appealing to an independent committee or not?

Keep contesting it, sure there not allowed to charge you more if you are contesting

nah, while a claim has been put in, the 14day period is paused

ooh. reason for me asking is that if you had already had to pay double then you would of had nothing to lose.

fine so far is 70,was supposed to be 104 but cause i had contested it it's staying at 70 for 28 days

Shouldn't he get off on a technicality anyway, with regards to the serial number being wrong?
