i got some squeaky under low pressure when coming to a halt and its really annoying, its not constant but it sounds like a buckled bicycle wheel you know squeaking half the way around

I'm presuming you want it to stop?

Take pads out and clean the caliper up, should sort it

Think you only need a 7 or 8mm allen key once the wheel is off :)

What type pads you using, I've got fast road ones, when breaking from around 30/40 they squeak but when dropping from say 70 they won't could be just warming up or similar.

7mm allen key is all you will need.
And a screw driver or something to wedge the metal spring clip out.

only need the 19mm socket to take the carrier off the strut, which you wont need to do.
