Judging by the damage. My educated guess is somewhere between, 0mph and 3mph at the point of impact.

Just panel damage?
By the looks of it, slam panel looks straight but may be bent a little, these are easy enough to replace. As long as there no Chassie damage = FAIL!
55MPH? Yer right
i crashed the lolzroyce into a wall at aprox 40Mph i think. Whole front right wing crumpled up up to the door. Luckly the strut brace stoped it bending up even more.

no way was that a 55mph impact, 35-40 at the very most
55mph in a saxo, into something that wont move (like a tree) and your pretty much fully screwed

Still an easy fix though, as by looking at the pins they are only marginly bent. So should beabe to fix that with a bit of reinforement and weld.

Which can easily be pulled out, then just get it reinforced. Putting that through insurance company can have that fixed for about £200, unless they put it through with ADR and then you might as well ssay good bye to it.
It's an easy cheapish fix on pins.
