My new tattoo! #UPDATE# All Finished! pics page 39

Hello all,

Well yesterday I went for the first sitting of my new tattoo.

Its a half sleeve with the theme being the angel of destruction!

This part took 6 hours to complete and when healed it will take another 6 hours to finish the backround which will consist of half destroyed builds etc...

Looks awesome as you know, You cannot even image the level of detail compared to seeing it in the flesh, will be immense when completed...!! :y:

It is a 21st birthday present, alot of people have contributed towards it :y:

It was taken from an online image but I took the concept and proposed it to the tattoo artist an this is half of what he came up with :)

#UPDATE#

Had a 8 hour sitting yesterday. Its now 2/3's done still need one more sitting to complete it all including white line highlighting, the sky with clouds etc and just general shading to fill in the skin color.

No plans for body building :P so I will hopefully be ok. But saying that once I start building up some tone I might not want to stop.

Its all finished now, it took 4 sessions in all and 21hours to complete. Im mega happy with the finished piece!

Price never concerns me, regarding tattoo's. You want a good job if it's gonna be there forever :)
They've done a brilliant job on that, detailing is fantastic.
Healing fine, using a product called "Cams Tat Wax" little bit greasy but it's keeping it lovely and moist which is all I can want. Thinking of getting the Tattoo Goo pack for when I have my colour done, need that to heal perfectly lol.

So what ink are you getting next?

Not too sure yet. I dont know whether to contiue to a full sleeve or leave it as it is. But I think im going to get the one on my forearm redone as its looking shit compared to my other tats. Got it done when I was 17 I was so naive! im embarassed to say what it is lol

Hmm it's always a tough decision. Because full sleeves can impact on jobs and what not.
Haha tell us! or should I say show us! lol
I have tribal on my arm, kinda regret it now, got it done 6 months ago on holiday. It's fine for detail and lines, but I wouldn't mind another half sleeve and that takes up room lol
So I may have to see if I can get it covered, or incorporated into a half sleeve.
