Can i lower my front suspension with a standard shock (Monreo Reflex) with
Eibach 35mm springs. And not damage or break shock absorbers.

as far as i know mine lowered 55mm with standard shocks and has been fine.

the gue in shop tell me that can't put a eibch 35mm because is standard shock and can damage or break them. It's safe or not can you tell me

you can do and it will be safe.

just causes them to wear out quicker, and dont have the same damping properties.

many people on here lower with just springs without any issues

Eibach springs are designed to be used with standard dampers - will be fine.
