i am in to minds whether to put lsd in my car or a paint job,what do people think i should do?they both more or less cost the same price,whatever is chosen is going to be done before the race season starts

What kind of paintjob were you after if you dont mind me asking?

it is just goong to be a full respray in white mate,few bits need touching here and there

Go for power if you are racing it mate, save up again for the respray at a later date!

gaf post some pics up so we can see what it looks like but if mine was supercharged i would go all the way and make it a bit more powerfull i bet it would keep up with simos no prob smileys/smiley4.gif

could a supercharger take a saxo up to 240 bhp?? smileys/smiley5.gif

prob yes with the right set up but just go for more power i say smileys/smiley4.gif

its got the same amount of power as simos i think but it will be more by the time racing comes,240bhp for a saxo is possible at the fly they is quite alot of them out there but 240 at the wheels you are gonna need uprated gearbox etc.

bigger injectors/bigger clutch/gearbox it is possible is it stripped out gaf no seats etc

ever time i go racing mate it gets fully stripped out,but the next race i go to the dash is coming out aswell,was it hard to take your dash out,any pointers

the only trouble i had when takeing my dash out was the riveted bolt on the drivers side i had to grind it off apart from that fairly easy few screews behind the dash and three under the bonnet i could do it for you if you wanted but i bet you could do it yourself it took me about an hour to do smileys/smiley4.gif

just for the lsd its about £500-£600,to get it all fitted its arouund £850

lsd will allow you to use your current power alot more ie no wheel spin and better acceleration out of corners, everyone who has got one has said its the best thing they have ever done
