I need some advice on how low i can lower my saxo 99reg. im trying to do it on the cheap by cutting the springs but i just want to know how much i can take off each spring

Dont cut anything of the springs. Buy some second hand cheap springs instead of risk your safety. Or if your that skint just dont do it

i already have 2 front struts with springs spare which i was hoping to expreiment on but the cheapest performance springs i have found was £80 on demontweeks which i kinda thort was a bit of a ripoff

Dont cut your springs mate, the rates are all wrong, your car will bottom out and the ride will be shite. No way springs cost £80.
If they cost 80 quid then you're looking on the wrong place! Demon tweaks is normally expensive, try ebay.

yeah im beginning to just have a change of plan. i will probably go out and get some second hand spring. would a 106 be the same?
