plans sound good, check my thread as i cleaned up my bay and fitted the manifold heat shield you want ( i would recomend it, havnt got pics of it yet though). Also will you be paiting the rocker cover the same as the ecu cover?

ecu cover was already painted, but i just baught some hycote very high temp paint in a light blue, but ecu cover could be getting a new lick of paint at some point, debating what to do with the air feed as its a big black plastic thing, to i plastic prime and paint for cheapness or buy new blue hose? im going for cheapness i think

i would get some new cool air feed and fix it to the origional scoop on the slam pannel. Have a search on ebay for some, its not to expencive and will look a whole lot better.

DuncanVTR
16th October 2009, 11:23
no its the blue tubing off ebay you get about 10meters made up of about 3-4 different sizes for about £10 i still got loads left in my boot and some wires in the depth of my engine still to do, more than enough there to do a saxo if you ask me, ive even put tubing on some things that dont need it, just to make it look a little bit better
