i got a furio and i want to upgrade my front speakers but,

i dont want to add holes for tweeters etc...

i just want to replace the old speakers easily

can i still use component speakers or does my door need modifying to fit them in?

no you could mount them elsewhere like on the dash just stuck down.

hmm, i might buy some vibe sek-5 speakers but i dunno what to do with the tweeter, cant i just leave it next to the speaker and will it work that way?

i dont want a crummy job i want the system too look like it should be there rather than stuck onto things,
cheers

i got a similar (or same) set of components, if they are the same you need to make an mdf ring to fit them.

components all the way mate...

for the sake of the extra hassle of fitting tweeters (about a 15 minute job) its worth it when it comes to the sound quality
