Wing Mirror Replacement?? Mk3 mirror on Mk 2 wing

Does anyone have a clue about what wing mirrors fit?

I have a W reg saxo desire and the drivers wing mirror doesnt work and its also missing the colour coded trim so im going to replace both of them if its possible to with these wee sleek ones if possible....

if anyone can help please advise if these will fit my desire (mk2 I think - 2000 year) I know it says Mk3 on the ebay item but if anyone has the knowledge they could tell me if its possible to fit them. I have no problem trimming parts to fit a mk2 if needed.

They are bmw m3 style mirrors mate not mk3 mirrors...

As long as the base plates are correct then they will fit - I have never seen these in person so dont quote me but Im 99% sure they will be fine for you..

I wouldn't buy these, they are cheap nasty m8. I bought same pair while back and they look so cheap so stuck them back on ebay.

too late mate but if theyre shnieders theyll be returned, as stated on the webpage, return in 7 days if not completely satisfied, dont mind a few quid postage to get a refund on cheap products.

i got same pair mate, i just re sprayed them matt black and love em. or u can leave em as they are and let em weather a bit

tried to fit them today and they just dont do.

they sit at a funny upwards angle sort of 15 degrees off of horizontal :ponder:

the original saxo bolts dont fit the cheap plastic design of those wing mirrors.

looked good until i put them on the car then took the straight off again lol.
