Hi guys got one of these thought o would use it to get off some tough grime. It has a lil plastic tube hanging out the front which I think is for shampoo. Is this right if so how do I use it

You'd be better off getting a lance.

yes mate, the plastic tube normally dangles into a diluted shampoo mixture (snow foam)
there is normally a control on the machine for turning on the shampoo mix and a way of varying the amount it throws out.
as said though, foam lances are much better as you can control them more and you get a much thicker foam over the car.

I got it for free so don't fancy spending, I'll see how does with out it. Where would I buy a lance if I wanted one

ok well if you cant afford the £50 ish then just buy there superspray hosend, there a cheap version of a foam lance, i used one for years and they work very well. Bonus is they are only £8

was going to suggest that aswell they work ok, but you cant beat a proper snow lance can got one from elite with a free snowfoam :y:
