what do you recommend? should i get 15" or 16"?
as you know, it will go on a xsara 2.0HDi, not lowered.
i need looks and good handling. i will go for 205/50/15 or 205/45/16 tyres, depending on the size i choose

what style do you recommend?

thats only my opinion though

i like 15s but thats my choice - 16s may look better on the bigger car tho

I would advise 16", as any bigger and arch rolling may be needed!!! smileys/smiley4.gif

16s get low profile 40mm tyres

You would get away with 17's with 205/40/17 no a xsara like kev said. depens if or how much you are lowering it smileys/smiley4.gif

well, the main problem is that croatia has lots of bumpy roads. it's chaos now, after winter, when salt eats up the pavement
f**kin disaster!!! smileys/smiley7.gif

i would go for 15 or 16 because of my budget.

lowering... hmmmm... not really. when the shocks start to make trouble, i'll replace them with harder ones, and upgrade to polyurethane bushes. that's about it.
the car has pretty good handling, and that's the main reason i would lower it. when i put on wider tyres (205) and alloys, i will get loads of stability and handling.
later, when i upgrade the bushes and shocks, that will be it smileys/smiley2.gif
