found this on the bay just wondering if anyone has any exp. with a panel rather than welding and filler

i want my boot flushed but i dont wanna looko at it in a year and think oh no the fillers cracked,

if people have used this method was it hard to fit(im guessing tigerseal) and does it sit very flush or an you blatantly tell its an add on?

It will need to have filler along the top edge no matter what if you want it to look good

i would suggest do what everyone does and go to a bodyshop mate :y:

people wont use it. the only way for it to last is to have a welded plate then filled over.

those ebay jobbies wont fit right, and then you will have to fill and smooth them into the metal where they are more likley to crack.

its best to save for a welded plate to be put in and done by a garage :)
