Don't usually post In General chat...

Anyway, Me and Jimbo were in a McDonalds today and something weird happened.

We were in the carpark and some lad in a Green VW Golf Cabrio drove up to my car. So I put my window down.

"Hey is that car for sale?"

I didn't know what to make of it. So I just said no sorry it isn't.

Me and Jimbo didn't know what to make of it. I kinda got the feeling if I said aye he'd say I'll give ya 50p or summin.

Anyone else had random people drive up to their cars asking if it's for sale.

I didn't think mine is good enough right now for people desperately wanting to buy it.

The old timer at the bodyshop said to me, "Looks like an alright example. In fact I'm tempted to buy it off you."

Not that I said it was for sale or anything lol.

some guy knocked on my door once, asked if my saxo was for sale......i said no and he looked at me like i pissed on his mums grave and shit on his head. then walked away giving me the most evil glare known to mankind. i was seriously expectin my car to be knicked that night.

When i had my astra 2 lads walked up my drive and tried breaking into it. me and my mtes went out to "say hi" and they were insisting that it was there car and i just stole it from them. i asked for proof (they had non) i asked if they could locate me an ecu (it needed a new one to even run) and they very quickly shut up. just when we thought it was over, we were interupted (once back inside relaxing) by banging at the door, the young chaps were now kicking my front door insisting i "hand over the keys".
Once we opened the door the situation was "diffused". Pissed me right off!

be careful about this i heard that some pikeys go around doing this asking if peoples cars are for sale, then they come round later and nick it, i had a personal experience of this and i said no it was not for sale, he came back later but then realised i have CCTV lol.
