i watched police camera action once, and they stopped some BMW because his tyres were protruding out of his body work by about 10 mm, so they told him that is illegal, in the end, they ended up searchin the car, found like 10 ounces of coke and then found out he was an illegal immigrant and he was sent to prison then even worse... he was sent back to Africa!!
