Used to know a guy very well who worked in a 'gang' going round various factories doing that and loading into cages i presume to put on a lorry for 'processing'.

I do know then (10 years+ ago) he earned fortunes.............

exactly the same as i do pal , travel all over to different farms ! and yes you can earn some decent money ! hard work though !

not chickens, used to work on a shooting estate tho, and we reared 200,00 pheasants each year, and they had to be caught up 3 times for different bits to be put in, so done my fair share of catching birds aswell haha.

as you said, eng up with scabby as fuck hands, but not long cleaning them up.
