i have a flat arch saxo posi blue i was going to rip the door strips off and fill in the holes was wondering on opinions i like the idea

would be a job for welding - filler wouldnt be up to this... would also be expensive to repaint both the doors...

a job for a body shop or it will look poop!!

I think it could look very good if done correctly. If you try and bodge it however it will look shit and you'll wish you hadnt bothered.

So basically, If your going to go ahead and do it, then get it done properly and dont rush it.

it will just look like a mk1 106??? whats the point you will then get dents in it.

you got the problem of rear bumper too..... it wont line up, as in it will look stupid because it will look too wide for the car. if you have a look you will see that the side strips run flush into the bumper

True this, but couldn't the old style 106 bumpers fit? as they have no door strips.

yea you could fit the rear one to mkae it flush with the body work, i rekon it would look quite good actually
