Anyone know whats up with that?

There was a similiar picture late '04, but cant remeber what is was now...

Interesting I think...

Any Ideas on how it would work?

what do you mean whats up with it? It will work in exaclty the same way as any other turbo but lag will be more with the larger pipe run to the turbo and back to the throttle body

doesnt it work in the same way, only the boost pipes are wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy longer...?

Why is it fitted at the rear insted of at the front? Wouldn't it be better intake to put a turbo at the front with intercooler?

I know that the turbo uses the intake and pushes the air back up the car, but wouldn't it go slower, as the car is moving forward, more pressure would have to be used to push it forward?

car direction wont make a difference its enclosed within a pipe moving with the car.

No reason not to put it there and it might pass boost through an intercooler up front we cant see that from the pic

possibly installed there because of lack of engine back room

thats actually what the americans do with hire cars, strap that baby on it drive it boosted then return it without the people even knowing ;p
