Want to do my bump strips matched in black, can they be done to get rid of the mottled effect and smooth to match the panels?????

yea they can mate probs be around 300 ish thats what i payed for mine

Yes. I had them done on my VTS a while back...

Bodyshop is the best place unless your handy at DIY spray jobs but you wont get the same standard of finish that a bodyshop would achieve.

quick question :) : if theres quite deep scratches on them, would a sander and respray get rid of them?

Depends how deep they are really - filler primer might sort them out if they are very deep though you would prob need to use body filler, someone correct this if Im wrong.:oops:
