Hey guys, was time for top up and correction on the Golf i did, first impressions when looking with the brinkmann around the car were very good and very pleased they looked after the car, the last time i done this car was early this year spring time i think and the paintwork was like sand paper and full of swirls so i put it back to it's best:)

Anyway Process

Rinsed throughly with pressure washer

Washed with Zymol Sponge and two bucket method and two grit guards and Chemical Guys wash and wax, you maybe why i sponge well this isn't just any old sponge, it's alot softer etc and doesn't inflict swirls at all.

Rinsed

Wheels cleaned inside and out with Meguiars Wheel Brightner, swissvax wheel brush for front of wheels and for back of wheels back wheel brush and used tar remover to get rid of the tar

Bodywork detared with Autosmart Tardis and a clean microfibre left the tar remover dwell abit to make getting tar off easier

Rinsed

Clay bared with Serious performance ultra fine clay and Dodo juice born slippy as lube

Washed again with two bucket method

Rinsed

Dryed with a Poorboys waffle weave

Car did not need taping up as theres not many plastics on the car tbh

Correction with Makita Rotary

Started off with Megs 80 on a megs polishing pad, then stepped it up to Megs 83 on a megs ploshing pad and back down to 80 again, buffed all off.

Applyed Dodo Juice Supernatural with a finger applicator left for about 15 20 minutes buffed off with a plus microfibre

Windows cleaned with AG fast class and Protected with Dodo Juice Supernatural buffed off.

Hope you enjoy the thread and Pictures i enjoyed doing this car:y: sorry not many pictures wern't alot of defects to photo really, don't really photo any wash stages much as it gets boring lol:p

What sort of prices are you looking like at to pay someone to get your car looking like that? Looks spot on.

looks great!, when you say windows protected with supernatural do you mean the same stuff as used on the bodywork or something different?
