Quick question..

I currently own a 106 and am looking into buying a 2002-2003 vtr. Been looking through here and seeing some very nice cars. But one thing is bothering me. Why is it that some people are just painting their rear bagdes instead of just de-badgind the car all together?

oh so there is no particular reason such as they would leave a nasty mark underneath or some have clips or anything. Just personal preference?

no it leaves 3 tiny holes in the bootlid , which would cost to get welded up and sprayed . . . so most people just t cut then or spray them , i think they look better on anyway !

If you take the badges off you might forget what car it is :)

Definitely looks better with the badges on, i de badged mine and really didn't like it, so i put 'em back on!

Because when colour coding the badges are a good touch / easy to do.

And the badges leave holes when taken off which imo isnt worth the money getting them filled.

colour coding badges is a lot cheaper/causes less hassle than de-badging becuase then you have to fill in the holes and get the boot lid resprayed
