Is this service kit any good?

It says for VTS's but would it work on a VTR?:

Like good quality/similar to the standard parts?

Also what type of oil filter does a Y-reg 2001 Mk2 VTR have? the cannister or the seperate filter style?

Or can someone suggest me a good kit to get. - Need an oil filter, spark plugs, and fuel filter.
