Just wanted to know and learn a few things about the suspension set up particularly on the front end.

what i want to know is, are there any differences in the furio, vtr, vts, 106 rallye, 106 gti setups

eg. different wishbones, diferent anti roll bars, struts etc

im not fussed on oe shocks and springs as i will be upgrading these

and i know there is differences in brakes

just want to know will there be any benifit in changing any parts on my furio??

Cheers Ali

later 106gti's have thicker rear ARB's

iirc VTR & VTS have thicker torsion bars than furio's. dont quote me on this though

not that I know of re: differences between furio, vtr, vts, 106 rallye, 106 gti setups.

brakes are the same, only difference is ABS sensors on the strut

EDIT - 24mm rear ARB on 106 gti's (some) and 17.9mm torsion bars on random 1.4's 19mm on the others

so realy the only difference is at the back with thicker ARB and the front setups are all the same?

yeh as far as I'm aware, the springs/dampers are the same/feel the same. Without testing them I can't say for sure.

Is probably best to upgrade the suspension anyway when fitting the turb oupgrade so it shouldn't matter

VTR/VTS Saxo's share the same brakes, struts, ARB's, Torsion bar's, Springs and dampers..

Furio/Westcoast have different springs and dampers to the VTR and VTS models, they also have thinner front ARB's iirc..
