Between myself and Kte we have 3 (2 each, one is a joint one).

I have one with a low limit that I only would use in an emergency and the other one to buy off the internet and pay for big things and pay back as much as possible (if not pay the card off in full).

I have 1, mainly because my credit rating is shockingly bad so i need to get it up lol.

Also, im a student and have no money so the overdraft may come in handy!

I have one, no interest, put a few quid on it then just pay back the minimum. Gets your credit rating up, but also makes you appealing to banks as people who pay back the min all the time are the most profitable to them.

But soon as the 6months interest free goes, pay it all off, get another do the same. They can be very dangerous though if you have no self control, a couple of my mates have maxed out 1500+ cards and got into real trouble when they were made redundant.

i got one wen i was 19 melted the sucker lol dint pay it back untill early this year so they was sending me letters for 2 yrs lol same as a big phone bill, a old gym membership and 2 petroll rc cars :O it started to do my head in so i paid it all off this year think it was about 4k all together ill never get one again! its easier just to buy it when you have the money..

most credit which ever type is paid back in full,or minimum repayemnt per month.

if you miss a payment youl get a negative redit rating which means youl find it harder to get credit again if you need it,keep missing and expect a court hearing.
minimum payment is normally just paying the interest on the account so doesn't actually get you out of debt.
high interest means you repay more then you borrowed,exact amounts depend on the percentage,always try find low APR or 0% apr caRDS.

I have 3.

I have 2 of them that are locked away that I don't use, one has a big limit which is simply for any car repairs that need urgent attention and if I cannot afford them. The one I do use is simply for fuel - I use it for my fuel each month and settle it in full the following month.

I have one, £1900 limit no interest till june.

Just use it for emergencies and the occaisional car mods :y:

dont get too carried away with them, sometimes i feel like ive got infinite money which is never good!

One thing, Do not miss a payment! This can lead to your interest free being revoked etc

i have applied for loads but cant get one yet, i have loads of store cards though, i reckon there worse lol!!
