changing lock in petrol cap

how easy is it to change the locks on petrol caps ive just bought a possi blue cap and want to swap the locks over as i dont want lots of keys on my key ring

Take the cap off and put a flat screwdriver between the two white barrels while turning the key. It will turn an extra bit allowing you to pull the key out.

Then put the screwdriver between the lock and the plastic cap (from the inside) and separate them. The lock just clicks into your new cap.
