Fob probs

Just got my new saxo but having problems with the fob, it will lock the car by pressing the button but wont unlock, does the fob have to be reset??

Does it just not unlock totally? With mine i had the same i took the fob apart and fidle abit changed battery, but some cases you have to press the lock button and then the unlock one for it to work.
