What colour is the smoke?

Whitish = coolant
Blue = oil

As raunchz said, it sounds like coolant getting into the exhaust and escaping through the hole in your exhaust. If so, then I'd suspect your headgasket needs to be changed.

Sounds like you need a new exhaust too.

You should check your fluid levels and keep an eye on them.
