Spent a whole weekend closing down code errors to cure a missfire.
Got rid of them all and its running sweet:A: ...or so we think but 20 miles on back comes the engine light and the same error code:panic:

P0204 Injector Circuit/Open Cylinder 4

Have changed injectors, checked injector operation, buzzed out loom, replaced coil pack, replaced plugs. Swapped injectors and plugs. Its a right cow trying to buzz the injector connector to see if it is live. Any hints here?

Still the same. Cleared the codes and back it comes straight away. Ran ScanTool and Scan Master = same output.:n:
Still running OK....we think

Does the Saxo have a hidden feature?
Anyone got an idea?

On the handbrake the warning light was flickering and would go off if you smacked the handle a bit...but now its on all the time. Is this a SAXO thing or am I am going to rip out the carpet to get at the switch?

This one came with lots of abuse but far to many niggles for a low mileage wagon.

Hi,

Sounds like it could be an intermittent fault, but you are on the right track. As you've changed the injector, I'd assume its wiring to the injector either being open or shirt circuit. It could be that you touching the wiring cleared the fault for a while.

You could use a multimeter to buzz the wiring or use a noid light.
