why dosnt my grill sit well when i put it back on the car. I recently meshed it and glued it on the backing and all i have now is the 2 seperate parts the front and the backing with the mesh on the back of it. I thought id see if it fitted flush before i glued them both togther. So i put the back with the mesh on back onto the car and tightened the torx screws again. I then went to get the front bit and slotted it in seein if it fitted well. The bottom bit and side seems ok its just the top of it dosnt sit well its like below where its ment to be not high enough i really dont understand why any ideas

Mine became a bit awkward after I took it off a few times, used a few washers underneath each bolt hole and it works fine.

It wern't sitting correctly at the top, as in the middle part wanted to dip down a bit, and so to stop it, I placed washeres underneath the grill, ontop of the bolt holes, therefore it couldnlt go any lower. Hope that makes sense

well the grill sometimes can loose shape a little bit when you split it if u run a knife around the glue and re glue it so it sits right
