How much trouble is a leaking sunroof ?

Alright, I've been looking into a black 2001 Vtr. It's looks ok but i have a few doubts with the sunroof. I was wondering if there easy to fix, if it's exspensive, if it's worth the effort ?

usually its just the seal that needs replaced but some replace the seal and add adhesive round the sunroof to make sure it wont leak again

it shouldnt be too much trouble either way mate
