Scaring People

Is it just me that see's people shit themselves when you give it some beans?

Ive noticed a few times but never really thought much of it until the other day...

Crossing the middle of a roundabout, big one with road straight through middle. It was a dual carriageway and 40mph limit, 4 cars were queued up in the left land and none in the right.

Im rolling up in the left lane at about 10-15mph after just turning right off the roundabout and onto this road, and see the lights change, so I pull into the outside lane in 2nd give it a little bit of beans and ended up lighting the tyres up so put it in 3rd and gave the loud pedal a bit of a firm press but not wanting to go mental and as I did this I the woman at the front of the queue in a 4x4 ducked under the steering wheel!!!

I didn't get above the speed limit but because it was slippy and the revs jumped up it must have made her jump!

Anyone else done anything similar to this?

Im going to get a quieter exhaust If I can get one that's not too restrictive. Its a chav piper 4" backbox and decat full system but never bothered to change it as it came with the car. Although I don't fancy being the instigator of a crash!.

was once going to pick my X GF up, and you go down hill then over a railway bridge which kind of zig zags, was in abit of a hurry and dropped it from 5th to 3rd.

VERY loud bang out the back and some young lad (21yrs old maybe?) was crossing the road and ducked and ran to the other side.

I lol'd as he realised it was my car :D

Shit some girls up when i was at college a couple year ago. Theres this road going into college and the pavement byside it is really narrow, so naturally the pedestrians are real close to the road.

Anyway i were coming out of college and i saw these girls further up the road. I accelerated up to 20mph-ish, then put the car into neutral. So the car quietly rolled up byside of them (couldnt hear it coming). As i got right next to them i still had car in neutral and put foot to the floor. Well i had some shitty open filter on and a cheapo loud backbox.

Never seen someone shit theirselfs so much in my whole life. LOL.

Was coming up to a rounabout once which had a railway bridge just before it, as i came up to it, i dropped the car from 4th or 5th into 2nd, huge pop out the exhaust just us i was going under the bridge, which made it sound 5X louder lol. Two girls walking under the bridge at the time look like they shat there shorts lol.

i was over the 105db track limit at half rpm from 1 meter. you should be able to pass at 3/4 throttle. it was deafening and shat flames for fun before i set the carbs up.

Plenty of times, especially since I've fitted my new zorst, thing gets bloody noisy.

Was cruising one evening and was going past a train station, just a few days after fitting the exhaust, saw a business man walking along the sidewalk with his back to us, decided to drop to second and nail it passed simply to hear my new system, no intention of scaring anyone or anything.

The poor executive dropped his briefcase and newspaper and did a funny monkey pose with both arms and a leg in the air, shat himself so badly I dipped my clutch in embarrassment.

Through dartford tunnel I've scared a few motorists, mine's seriously loud through there, even drowned out a tuned R33 GTR which was ahead of me at the time.

done it plenty, car is stupid loud at times tbh. Love it though. I think the best was naling it in second on an access road round the back of a shopping centre thing, let off the gas and bang bang bang. Couple of old women shit themselves. i felt bad though. Dont like scaring old women unless its with my penis.

My car is ridiculously loud, and i'm talking immensely loud, I do it all the time, roll up in neutral then smash the pedal to the floor, makes people literally fall to the floor lol. :)

Done it a few times with the old exhaust. Best one was down a dark country road on the edge of the town. Went steady along and then saw a group of about 10 teenagers, so got next to them and let off the throttle. Exhaust let a massive bang out and every single one of them screamed - lads and lasses :D

to the extent I have had to buy a Blitz muffler for the dam thing on night times to keep the volume down hahaha

had police around (people complained haha) all they said was Hmm nice car once you get it sorted out LOLS!
