hi can anyone help me please i got a bad oil leak on the front of the engine its at the bottom, its not the sump tho any help plaese

oh its a 2000 or 2001 1.1

il get some tomoz ive been read on here and im goin to change the rocker cover gasket and see if that work but ill post pics up coz i mite be wrong

they normaly leak fer bit dude..........easy repair........:y::y:

clean all the oil off your engine,and then day later,you might see were its leaken from..................:y:

ive just got a similar leak mate as well.dripping slightly off the bottom o the sump-offside front area.cant be my head gasket-just got it done.did u find out what yours was?

had exactly the same problem tightened the oil filter housing and all was fine :y:

It wont be the rocker cover gasket if the oil leak is coming from the bottom of your engine bay. The rocker cover gasket is the rubber/plastic seal around the bottom of the rocker cover (the top of the engine).
