And if the pics already somewhere else like facebook

get the url that ends in .jpg (usually)

and put it in these tags EG:

http://photos-c.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc1/hs121.snc1/5220_224986170499_877290499_7519615_6583362_n.jpg

Post that as you can see in this post and it will come up with the image.
